The Lift Up project is brought to you by chidlovski.com.
Summer Olympics, Mexico City, Mexico, 1968: Packed with talent the 90 KG weightclass included such contenders featured in the footage as legendary Louis Martin (Great Britain), explosive Geza Toth (Hungary), Bo Johansson (Sweden), one of the pioneers of push jerk Arpad Nemessanyi (Hungary), powerful presser Marek Golab, rising stars of their countries Jaan Talts (USSR) and Kaarlo Kangasniemi (Finland). The battle was won by a 27 year old Kangasniemi who was crowned as the best middle heavyweight athlete that night.
