Ken McDonald

:: 12/30/2016: Rod Bridle, Petts Wood Kent, UK
I'm trained with Ken at the School of Navigation and YA in London from 1964 to 1977 when he returned to Australia. We kept in contact every Christmas. And sent me a photo of his daughters child.(I think his latest grangchild). She looked after our youngest (at the time) at out farewell dinner. Could any of the family get in touch. Ken is someone I will never forget.

1960-1963 Ken taught me all about weight lifting; a great inspiration for me and a wonderful person to work out during those years. Will always remember him.

Kenneth McDonald still trained up until October 2014 using free weights and weight machine. He currently has been in and out of the Gold Coast Hospital where he talks about his achievements. I have had the pleasure of becoming a friend of Ken.
